This blog is written by an automation engineer with an eye for the bigger picture. Its a personal blog to reflect and discuss topics around organizations, leadership and automation. My trade is to increase productivity through automation. Concentrating on value rather than tools. At the same time wishing to learn about people, organizations and leadership. As usually the tech is the easy part.

I will discuss different subjects from my technical point of view and try and open what actually happens “under the hood”. This blog is for me to reflect and learn, but hopefully it will also help to share some information on automation and even give insight to what is required for a successful automation endeavour.
